The complex is located in Via Libetta very close to the railway station and to the cathedral of St. Paul the largest one after St. Peter's. It was built in 314 by order of Costantino and destroyed by a fire in 1832, however, it was immediately restored according to its original beauty. Not far from the apartements is the Piramide Cestia.
